Dr Tim Beck is an Associate Professor at the University of Nottingham and a former UKRI Innovation Fellow at HDR UK. His research supports computational approaches for federated analytics of sensitive data across Trusted Research Environments (TREs). He has leadership roles in the HDR UK Federated Analytics programme and the ELIXIR-UK Human Data Community. He coordinates the international HEALTHWISE consortium which brings together TRE providers to explore enabling federated analytics at a global scale.
