Partner in VdA’s Communications, Data Protection & Technology practice. With more than 15 years’ experience, she has focused her practice on Privacy, Data Protection and Cybersecurity, having worked on cross-cutting projects in multiple jurisdictions and involving various legal or regulatory areas. She has provided specialised advice to companies and public entities in various sectors, including energy, health, pharmaceuticals, finance, distribution and infrastructure. She has also been involved in drafting data protection legislation in other jurisdictions, namely Africa and East Timor. She teaches on postgraduate courses in Data Protection and Cybersecurity at ISEG and at the Law Schools of Universidade Nova de Lisboa and Universidade de Lisboa.
